Project Management

You are involved each step of the way during your project development. You will be assigned an account manager to personally handle your account. They will be your one point of contact and guide you through the entire design and implemenation process. This helps us to ensure an on-time, on-budget, quality creation for your company.

Web Development Project Survey

We begin the website development process by having you fill out our project survey. These sessions will allow us to develop a site blue print to ensure your vision will be realized. We identify things such as your primary goals, your target audience, visitor capabilities, your likes and dis-likes, and design styles that you feel comfortable with.

Secure Project Website

We will provide you a convenient location, where you can download your project related documents and see all of your design concepts as they are being developed.

Website Design

Once you approve the site specification, our design team will begin developing multiple website design mock-ups. These will represent concepts for the look and feel of your website.

Once a direction is chosen, we will refine that design and begin crafting the entire site design. We then present these designs for your approval. Once authorized, the design will be sent to the development team. Upon completion of this stage, the Client will be asked to confirm acceptance for the basic site design via e-mail or by signing a printed copy of the design. Once this acceptance is received from the Client, the work necessary to complete the project will begin.

Communication between Projected, Inc. and the Client is crucial during this phase to ensure that the ultimate publication will match the Client's taste and needs.

Website Development

Clients should continue, however, to view updates to the site and express their preferences or dislikes to Projected, Inc. Upon completion of the web site, an e-mail or letter will be sent to the Client advising the Client that the work has been completed. While the design team is working on the website interface, the development team will be working to develop the websites software and database.

After the application and the database have been programmed, tested and debugged, they are merged with the interface templates to create a seamless website. The product is now ready for verification and final de-bugging.

Verify and Debug

After the development team has completed the integration of design and code, testing will begin. We will verify that the site is complete and works according the specifications. Once the site passes our Quality Assurance Test, it is ready for installation and configuration on the production server, which is where the site will be hosted.

On the production server your site is ready to be viewed by the public.
